This restaurant was introduced to me by relative of mine and this is one of his favourite places for lunch and dinner with family and friends. Food: They offer decent chu-char (煮炒/熱炒) cuisine such as steam fish, stir fried vegetables, seafood pots and so on. My favourite dishes are tomyam seafood soup, Gam Hiong Fried Sotong, Fuyong Fried egg and Siam-style steamed fish. Service: The service is excellent. The staff are attentive and efficient (Note: food are served in less than 15 minutes after you placed order) Atmosphere: The restaurant has decor of decent local Chinese style design. Inside the restaurant, it is also quite difficult to follow the conventions among people due to noisy environment. Verdict: Well, the cuisine are tasty and the service is excellent to our surprise but service portions are quite small and prices are quite high (80-100% more compared to my last visit in year 2019). The only reason I may visit again as I have yet to try their Tomyam noodles.

Food very tasty, portion size is huge, price is very reasonable, good customer service. It's very rare to come across a place like this these days. I strongly recommend this place. Give it a go! 2023-12-20 update: Haven't been back for 12 months and the food is still as good as ever!

Their food actually not bad, especially tom yam noodle. Portion is big, the spiciness and sourness are just nice, seafood also fresh. Stir fried vegetable and House tofu also come in generous portion and tatse good. They also complimentary sweet soup to the customers and we got red bean soup that day. Very authentic and 'kao'. Overall, good dining experience with reasonable price. Public parking available. Ample dining space. Air-conditioned.

PSA: Call and book if you can. The hours are confusing. Basically 5.30-10 for chu char. 5.30-2am for Tom Yam. This is one of the better chu char restaurants in this area, you won't be disappointed when you eat here. The staffs are efficient and the food arrives quite quickly. Parking is also fairly easy. You will need to wait if you fail to book in time. Even though it's very famous amongst the locals and I find the food above average, I don't think it warrants the exuberance displayed by the diners. Having said that, I thoroughly enjoyed the stingray nyonya style. The spice and the flavours were well matched. The petai was impressively cooked, just right with a nice crunch to it while long beans had a generous portion of salted prawn lightly fried and aromatic. Even though I liked the salted egg squid taste with its well cooked tender squid, I felt that it was a bit wet. A little drier and it would've been superb. The fuyong egg was average but I was a little disappointed with the dong po rou. I like my dpr in a nice slab of meat and fat that shakes like jelly. Theirs came cut into pieces and the meat was tough. With a strange out of sorts gravy. All in all, above average but not as good as what I remembered it to be and not as good as expected from word of mouth.
